- Expectations – For each first-time clean, we work with you to set the expectations for your clean. This helps us provide you with the premier service that you booked. Additionally, this sets the stage for your future cleans.
- Satisfaction Guarantee – If you’re not satisfied with the cleaning, notify us within 24 hours and we will perform the clean again. If you are still not satisfied, we will provide a refund.
