Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Scrubbies, we understand that plans can change. To help us efficiently schedule our cleaning professionals and serve all of our customers, we require at least 36 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 36 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur any fee.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 36 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.
• The cancellation fee will be charged to the payment method on file.
