Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Overview

The Scrubbies Referral Program (“Program”) allows eligible customers to earn rewards by referring new customers to Scrubbies LLC (“Scrubbies,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Referral Program Terms & Conditions.

Scrubbies reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

Eligibility

The Program is open to:

• Current Scrubbies customers
• Former Scrubbies customers
• Individuals who are at least 18 years of age
• Residents of areas serviced by Scrubbies

Employees, independent contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Scrubbies personnel may be excluded from participation at Scrubbies’ discretion.

Referral Offer

Under the standard Scrubbies referral promotion:

Referring Customer

The referring customer may receive a $25 account credit for each qualified referral.

New Customer

The referred customer may receive $25 off their first completed cleaning service.

Promotional values may change from time to time and will be governed by the offer in effect at the time the referral is submitted.

Qualified Referrals

A referral is considered “qualified” when all of the following conditions are met:

1. The referred individual is a new customer who has never previously booked services with Scrubbies.
2. The referred customer schedules a cleaning service.
3. The referred customer completes and pays for their first cleaning service.
4. The referred customer does not cancel the service.
5. The referred customer remains in good standing with Scrubbies.
6. The referral is properly attributed to the referring customer.

Rewards are not earned merely by submitting a referral.

Rewards are earned only after the referred customer’s first service has been completed and paid in full.

Referral Submission Requirements

Referrals may be submitted through:

• Referral forms
• Referral links
• Customer portal submissions
• Promotional campaigns
• Direct communication with Scrubbies

Customers should only provide referral information for individuals who have consented to being contacted regarding cleaning services.

Scrubbies reserves the right to reject referrals that appear unauthorized, fraudulent, misleading, or abusive.

Reward Issuance

Referral rewards are generally issued within thirty (30) days after the referred customer’s first completed and paid cleaning service.

Scrubbies reserves the right to verify eligibility before issuing any reward.

Rewards may appear as:

• Account credits
• Promotional credits
• Service discounts
• Other rewards offered by Scrubbies

at Scrubbies’ sole discretion.

Account Credits

Unless otherwise specified:

• Credits have no cash value.
• Credits are non-transferable.
• Credits cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Credits may only be applied toward future Scrubbies services.
• Credits may not be sold, exchanged, or assigned.

Credits may not be combined with certain promotions or discounts where prohibited by Scrubbies.

Expiration of Credits

Referral credits do not expire currently.

Scrubbies may modify expiration periods for current and future promotions at its discretion.

Limitations

Scrubbies reserves the right to impose limits on:

• Number of referrals
• Number of rewards
• Total promotional value awarded
• Program participation

Scrubbies may deny rewards that exceed reasonable household or customer participation levels.

Prohibited Conduct

Self-Referrals

Customers may not refer themselves using:

• Alternate email addresses
• Alternate phone numbers
• Multiple accounts
• Household members for the purpose of generating rewards

Fraudulent Activity

Participants may not:

• Provide false information
• Create fake accounts
• Misrepresent relationships
• Manipulate referral tracking systems
• Engage in deceptive marketing practices

Spam and Unsolicited Communications

Participants may not:

• Send unsolicited bulk emails
• Send unsolicited text messages
• Post referral links in a manner that violates platform rules
• Use automated systems to generate referrals

Any violation may result in immediate disqualification.

Referral Attribution

Referral rewards are issued based on Scrubbies’ records.

In the event of conflicting referral claims, Scrubbies will determine eligibility in its sole discretion.

Scrubbies is not responsible for:

• Lost referrals
• Tracking failures
• Technical errors
• Incorrect customer submissions

All decisions regarding referral attribution are final.

Program Modifications

Scrubbies may modify:

• Reward amounts
• Eligibility requirements
• Expiration periods
• Program structure

at any time.

Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise stated.

Suspension or Termination

Scrubbies reserves the right to suspend or terminate:

• Individual participants
• Specific referrals
• Entire referral campaigns

for any reason, including suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse.

Termination of the Program does not affect rewards already issued unless fraud or abuse is discovered.

Taxes

Participants are solely responsible for any taxes that may arise from rewards received through the Program.

Scrubbies makes no representations regarding tax consequences.

Participants should consult their own tax advisor regarding any reporting obligations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scrubbies shall not be liable for:

• Lost rewards
• Technical failures
• Tracking errors
• Delayed rewards
• Program interruptions
• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages

Participation in the Program is at the participant’s own risk.

Governing Law

These Referral Program Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland without regard to conflict of law principles.
