For questions regarding your service, scheduling, billing, or account, please contact our office directly. To ensure consistency and accuracy, customers should not provide scheduling changes, service modifications, payment instructions, or special requests directly to cleaning technicians.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling a service, signing a service agreement, accepting an estimate, or allowing Scrubbies to perform services at your property, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Scrubbies will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of significant delays.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

The most current cancellation policy is available at:

https://www.scrubbiesclean.com/cancellation-policy

Re-Clean Policy

If approved, Scrubbies may return to address specific areas identified by the customer.

Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not provided for completed services.

Refunds may be issued only at Scrubbies’ sole discretion or when a scheduled service was not performed.
